Auckland City in Excellent Shape for the Club World Cup

White has stated that the Auckland City Football Club luckily has now got “a few more players” who are experienced in these types of games. He went on to specifically mention Albert Riera, saying that the level of experience players like Riera were able to bring to the game was exactly what the Auckland City Football Club needed to ensure that they would be able to handle whatever the opposition required of them to in order to win.
White said that these games motivate players to perform at their very best levels, thanks to the fact that, for many, the opportunity to do so was a dream come true in terms of The Beautiful Game. White went on to say that the Auckland City Football Club has “a few more experienced heads this year”, and that a number of players, himself included, had the kind of soccer know-how that managed to combine the type of “depth and youth” that a football club needed.
White stated that the team had been working on a number of different aspects over the past six-week period, and added that this had been a very enjoyable process, allowing them to build up a kind of momentum that would hopefully carry them through to wins for their upcoming bouts. The Auckland City Football Club will begin their campaign next Thursday.
